The assessment covers fitness goals, daily schedule, eating habits, injury history, what equipment you have access to, and your biggest obstacles. Your coach reads every answer.
Coach Review
WITHIN 24 HOURSA certified Berry Limitless coach reviews your assessment and evaluates which plan and approach fits your situation. If Berry Limitless isn't the right fit, your coach will tell you before you spend a dollar.
This is the step most platforms skip. We don't sign you up for a program and hope for the best. Your coach reviews your responses, flags any considerations, and confirms the plan before you commit.

Coach Assignment
SAME DAY AS ENROLLMENTYou're matched with a certified coach based on your assessment results, your goals, and the coach's specialty area. This isn't random. The match is made with intention.
Coach specialties include fat loss, muscle building, athletic performance, postpartum fitness, high-performer optimization, and faith-based lifestyle transformation.
Onboarding Call
WITHIN 48 HOURSYour coach books a call with you in the first 48 hours. This is where they learn the full picture — the things the assessment doesn't capture. Your history. Your schedule. What drives you and what's stopped you before.
This call sets your 30-day roadmap. What you're training for. What your nutrition approach will be. How accountability check-ins will run. Every member starts with this call.
Custom Plan Delivery
BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSIONYour coach builds your training program and nutrition framework from scratch. Not a template. Not a generic 12-week program with your name pasted on it. A plan that accounts for your schedule, your equipment, your food preferences, and your starting point.
Most members have their first custom plan within 48–72 hours of onboarding. Adjustments are standard — your coach expects to update the plan as they learn more about how you respond.
Ongoing Coaching & Accountability
EVERY WEEKThis is where the transformation actually happens. Consistent coaching, consistent accountability, and a plan that evolves with you. Your coach doesn't disappear after the first call.
Coaching includes: weekly or 3×/week video calls (by plan tier), in-app check-ins and messaging, form review on submitted videos, nutrition adjustments, progressive overload tracking, and plan modifications when life changes. This is the system that replaces starting over.

How long until I see results?
Physical changes depend on starting point, consistency, and adherence. Most members report increased energy and better sleep within the first two weeks. Visible body composition changes vary by individual — results shown on this site reflect those specific members' experiences and are not representative of what every member will achieve.
What if I need to change my plan mid-program?
Your coach adjusts when life changes. Had a surgery, vacation, or job change? Your coach is a real person who can hear you out and modify the plan accordingly. Adjustments are part of the service, not an exception to it.
Can I communicate with my coach between sessions?
Yes. All paid plans include in-app messaging with your coach. Response time is typically within 24 business hours. Elite members receive priority response times.
What happens if I don't click with my assigned coach?
Reach out to Berry Limitless support and we'll arrange a re-match. The goal is to find the right coach-member fit — not to lock you into a relationship that isn't working.
Do I need equipment?
No. Your coach builds your program around whatever equipment you have access to — gym, home gym, bodyweight only, or a combination. This is covered in your assessment and onboarding call.
Is nutrition coaching included?
All plans include a custom nutrition framework. Transformation and Elite plans include active weekly nutrition coaching as part of your sessions. Quick Start includes app-based nutrition tracking and guidance.
