Is Berry AI BOS live?
It is in a controlled pilot. Lead capture, the AI front desk, a follow-up sequence and the dashboard work today and are set up with you by Berry. Voice answering, marketing channels and confirmed-booking tracking are coming soon. The demo on this page is a simulation.
Will it text my leads without asking me?
No. Texting stays off until Berry sets up your number with you and you approve go-live. It replies to people who contacted your business, and people can opt out.
Does the AI book appointments by itself?
It shares your booking link at the right moment. A booking only counts as confirmed when your booking system confirms it. We never report a booking that was not confirmed.
What does it cost?
Guided deployment starts around $1,500 setup plus $1,500 per month, depending on your business. Self-serve plans are coming soon and will show their prices when they open.
Is there a version for hotels?
A Hotel Digital Concierge is planned. It is not available yet, and we will not take orders until it works.
