What we require from every coach.

Certified First

Every Berry Limitless coach holds a recognized fitness certification. We require documented credentials before any coach is matched with a member.

Interview & Philosophy Alignment

Coaches go through a direct interview process. We assess coaching philosophy, communication style, and whether they embody the Faith · Family · Fitness values Berry Limitless is built on.

Personalization Requirement

Berry Limitless coaches don't hand out templates. Before a coach is approved, we verify they can build truly custom programming — different for a 28-year-old athlete and a 45-year-old parent.

Accountability Standards

Coaching is only as good as the follow-through. We require coaches to maintain consistent check-in cadences, respond to members promptly, and track progress systematically.

Ongoing Performance Review

Coaches don't coast on a one-time approval. Member satisfaction and outcome tracking are monitored. Coaches who don't meet the Berry Limitless standard don't stay on the platform.

What they actually do for you.

✓Builds your training plan from scratch based on your assessment results
✓Creates a personalized nutrition framework around your schedule and food preferences
✓Conducts weekly (or 3×/week) 1-on-1 video coaching calls
✓Reviews your form, tracks your progress, and adjusts the plan when life happens
✓Sends accountability check-ins and responds to your questions in-app
✓Coordinates with the Berry Limitless AI layer to surface insights about your progress
