How the Limitless Calculator works

Two free tools, no login. Both are planning aids that do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. They are estimates, not forecasts, medical advice or guarantees.

Personal goal planner

Pick a goal type (body composition, strength, nutrition consistency, habit consistency, financial or learning), then enter where you are now, where you want to be and a target date. The planner spreads the change evenly across the weeks until your date and returns a weekly and monthly milestone, a daily action and a few checkpoints. For body-composition goals it uses the common rule of thumb that about 3,500 kcal is roughly one pound of body weight. That is a rough approximation that differs from person to person, so treat the result as a pacing guide.

Business missed-lead calculator

For gyms, studios and other appointment-based businesses, the calculator models your funnel:

  • Appointments = leads × lead-to-appointment rate
  • Customers = appointments × show rate × close rate
  • Revenue = customers × average customer value
  • Missed leads = leads × share of leads that are missed or unanswered

Leave a field blank and it uses a clearly labelled placeholder assumption (20% lead-to-appointment, 70% show, 30% close, 20% missed, 4-hour average response). Those defaults are not industry benchmarks, so replace them with your own numbers. The sliders then show the arithmetic of recovering a share of missed leads or improving each rate by a set amount at your inputs.

Common questions

Can it tell me how much I will gain?
No. It shows what your numbers would imply if the changes you enter happened. It cannot predict whether they will.
Where do the default percentages come from?
They are placeholders to make the tool usable with a few inputs. They are labelled “assumed” on the results, and are not drawn from a study or benchmark.
Is the personal planner nutrition or medical advice?
No. It does simple pacing arithmetic. For health conditions, medications or large changes in weight, talk to a qualified professional.
